Two of those I could finish on any night with 15 min left (read, and take a selfie) I'm going to keep those. Drink 1 gallon of water seems like an achievable goal, but one that will make me stretch. I have a half gallon mug, if I fill it twice a day I will get there, I suspect I'm not too far off. I'm not ready to do two 45 min workouts every day, so I am going to do 1 a day, and at least 4 of those have to be outside in the week.
